1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Returns are not accepted for:

Innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)

Customized or clearance/sale items

2. Refund & Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, or before dispatch—whichever is earlier.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.

We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund after review.
