We at Fashvynz Clothing LLP strive to offer you high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)

    • Customized or clearance/sale items

  • If your item is eligible, you can initiate a return by clicking here.


2. Refund & Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, or before dispatch—whichever is earlier.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request cancellation, email us at support@fashvynz.com with your order number.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund after review.
